At Wholesomeness Vibes, we believe that true wellness begins with balance — mind, body, and spirit. Our space is designed to nurture you with mindfulness practices, gentle yoga, and holistic health & wellness coaching.

Meet the Founder

MPH (Masters of Public Health) and a holistic health coach

Cherwanda “CC” Lancaster (Shaw) is a Navy and Air National Guard Veteran, certified and registered as a Yoga Alliance RYT200 and certified health and wellness coach through the acclaimed and highly recognized University of Health and Performance. CC is trained in Gentle Yoga approaches, including Restorative and Yin Yoga. She enjoys facilitating both Children’s Yoga and Gentle Yoga sessions, whether indoors or outdoors.

Personalized coaching to support sustainable lifestyle changes in areas such as stress management, nutrition, sleep, movement, and mental wellness. Our approach is holistic and collaborative—we work with you to set achievable goals and celebrate progress gentle yoga may also help older adults who are disproportionately affected by high blood pressure, chronic conditions such as diabetes, arthritis and heart disease. Participating in our regular gentle yoga practice may reduce levels of stress and body- wide inflammation, contributing to healthier hearts. Gentle yoga has been shown to ease some of the discomfort of tender, swollen joints for people with arthritis.

We bring WHOLESOME personalized coaching, mindfulness and/or gentle yoga in one-on-one or group sessions in diverse settings for all ages and all bodies.

Veteran-Focused Wellness

As a veteran-owned practice, Wholesomeness Vibes understands the unique challenges veterans and their families face. We provide mind-body tools and holistic coaching to address stress, transition, trauma recovery, and the pursuit of renewed purpose. 

 

Gentle Yoga & Mindfulness

Gentle, restorative yoga that is trauma-informed, adaptive, and welcoming to all bodies and abilities. With mindful movement and breathwork, you’ll discover tools for self-regulation, relaxation, and overall well-being. Learn accessible, everyday practices to reduce stress, calm the mind, and build emotional resilience. Mindfulness sessions help you reconnect to the present moment, offering clarity and peace even in the busiest seasons of life. 


Support for Neurodivergent Individuals & Families

Whether you or your loved one lives with autism, ADHD, or other neurodivergences, you’ll find affirming, compassionate practices here. We integrate ABA-informed strategies with mindfulness and yoga to support regulation, empowerment, and balance. 

The renowned Grounded Kids curriculum incorporates themed classes with engaging storytelling, imagination, and traditional yoga poses for our young extraordinary yogis (between the ages of 4 and 16 years old).
